Ears vs Eyeballs and NO P.T.

The time has come to switch from reading/listening to audio books on the iPhone to the traditional method of actual reading using the good old eyes.   52 fiction  stories have been ‘read’ by me since January 1st while:  walking, cleaning, cooking, playing TriPeaks Solitaire, or the BEST use of time - Watercolor painting.  Now a book from the library (free) will be uploaded for entertainment while lounging in the accommodations with feet elevated after a daily stroll through the Scottish Highlands.   This long distance walk is a milestone in that not once in the months leading up to the real thing has there been a need to visit my Physical Therapy team of Kimara, Jen, or Mary.  Sorry for not coming, but I am thankful that at this point all the body parts are behaving.  May this state of cooperation continue for the hips, knees, and ankles for the next 4 weeks.
