✈️ ✈️ ✈️ ✈️ ✈️ ✈️ Departure day arrived. Sad to leave home, pets, and spouse. They all will be missed, especially the latter. 10,000 steps stepped before leaving CWA as I kept moving before the flight. Seat mate for the first flight was Tom Ordens. I noticed his reading material had the Portage County Library sticker on it. Conversation began and names were exchanged. He mentioned being on the team for the Wisconsin Nicaragua program and was in the country with Sharon Bowen when her tragic fall happened on the stairs. He was right behind her coming down and there was nothing he could do. He was still very upset about it. Currently he is on the way to attend another funeral for a close friend. Walked Concourse A in Detroit twice. Each length is a mile long, so got in a bit more foot movement, then the tram was ridden for two loops. Flight atten...
